   ## Summary
   
   - This PR updates lm3s6965-ek/configs/discover/defconfig
   - Remove old toolchain and buildroot support
   - Enable builtin and add hello and renew commands
   - Enable procfs and change name size to 24
   - Enable stack coloration
   - and so on
   
   ## Impact
   
   - This PR only affects lm3s6965-ek:discover configuration
   
   ## Testing
   
   - I tested this PR with qemu.
