I'm not a fan of having discrepancies between C* nodes but if you have no other choice and if you have no data yet in your cluster then you can adjust {{num_tokens}} according to hardware specs (watch out disk space!) https://github.com/apache/cassandra/blob/cassandra-3.0/conf/cassandra.yaml#L25
