It will remain broken until someone fixes it. No one will fix it without some kind of analysis on the code level about what the problem could be.
Maybe [~junichi11] could look at it, I'll ping him.
And definitely thanks to [~selivanovp] for all this analysis, can only be helpful in figuring this out.
