1.8.10 up for testing/signing
The 1.8.10 release artifacts are now available for testing/signing.
Please get the tarballs from
https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/dev/subversion
and add your signatures there. I plan to try and release on August 11th so
please try and get your votes/signatures in place by August 9th.

FYI: I've given up on my old laptop, and still don't have a
replacement, so don't count on any Windows signatures from me this
time.
