Sorry to insist, should I assume that this is a first time installation? or have you changed your metadata DB from ORACLE (or some other db engine) to Postgres?
If the dashboards are rendering data from ORACLE what is your reasoning for assuming the poor performance comes from Postgres?
(could this be related with #8568 ? )
