Modify pom.xml to prepare for publishing Ambari artifacts to Maven repository.
As part of this:
* Set version to 2.0.0-SNAPSHOT
* Set version for ambari-metrics modules to 2.0.0-SNAPSHOT
* Modify the package name for "contrib/views" to org.apache.ambari.contrib.views (it was org.apache.ambari.views and did not match the directory structure).
* Modify ambari-views pom.xml to include XML fragments for publishing to Maven (we'll do the same for other modules later).
