Fix for encoding unicode char
Contains a small fix to ensure a unicode char in the db typeahead
component is URL encoded. If the server needed to recognize the
endkey parameter it would cause problems on IE.
Closes COUCHDB-2587

> Encode the \u9999 unicode char in the db search typeahead component.
> N.B. This doesn't cause any errors on Fauxton right now, but if the params were read by the server it would cause an error on IE.
