[PR] docs(rfc): update redactor unit test count to 53 [magpie]

   Updates the stale redactor test count in RFC-AI-0003.
   
   Closes #876
   
   ## Changes
   - `48 unit tests` → `53 unit tests` (matches current redactor tests: 4+22+9+18)

   - [x] Counted `def test_` in redactor tests = 53
