Running "mvn clean apache-rat:check package findbugs:check" on Windows causes a failure:

Unapproved licenses:

  C:/Projects/apache/incubator-distributedlog/distributedlog-tutorials/distributedlog-basic/bin/runner

This is occurring because runner is checked in as a symlink.
