Moving sandbox modules to its own repository

Dear all,

back from my vacation I would like today to move sandbox modules to its 
own repository. Anyone objects?

Beside I guess we should clarify, what falls under "extensions", what under
"sandbox" and why.

Cool!

Finger's crossed that the builds will fail less frequent than the
current tamaya one's. At the moment mail notification is disabled for
all "new" build jobs:
https://builds.apache.org/view/S-Z/view/Tamaya/
