> Our contribution guide is currently fairly verbose, and it focuses on the ReviewBoard workflow for making code contributions. It would be helpful for new contributors to have a first-time contribution guide which focuses on using GitHub PRs to make small contributions, since that workflow has a smaller barrier to entry for new users.
