Sorry to resurrect the dead...

This issue was "resolved" before the current version of jetty was added to the "offending" list on the CVE http://web.nvd.nist.gov/view/vuln/detail?vulnId=CVE-2011-4461.  So, while it seemed to be resolved at the time, it really wasn't.

The (OPEN) issue this links to requests updating Jetty to a newer version, which will resolve this CVE.
