For example:
DeltaCloud has non-empty mailboxes for commits and dev going back to June 2010 on minotaur; however
http://mail-archives.apache.org/mod_mbox/deltacloud-commits/
http://mail-archives.apache.org/mod_mbox/deltacloud-dev/
only show Nov 2011 and Dec 2011.
Similarly for JMeter user.
Zookeeper user has files on minotaur going back to June 2008; yet on mail-archive the earliest is Nov 2010
I picked Zookeeper at random and it has a problem, so the chances are that there are other archives missing from mail-archives.

I'm confused.
Abdera graduated in Nov 2008; all its mailboxes have been transferred from incubator.

Does it make sense for graduated TLPs to have mailboxes split across incubator and TLP?
For example, some chemistry mailboxes are still under incubator.
Should these not be moved to the new TLP area?
Might need to merge some mailboxes (last incubator and first tlp) but that's not difficult AFAIK.
