Windows Service does not starts

I installed James as NT service, the creation was performed succesfully.
But when I try to start it i get the error:
"Could not start James 2.2.0 as service"
What it could be?
where I have to check to see what happen?
Have I to configure the wrapper.conf  file ot it should works as it is?
