Cannot stop Apache Server
------- Additional Comments From arthurp@free.fr 2003-02-05 13:56 -------
This bug can be also reproduced when running Apache 2 from command line.
It's also impossible to stop it from command line by typing "apache -k stop"
like Apache1.
I need to stop Apache programmatically and since this command doesn't work,
it's impossible to stop it cleanly. It's really a big problem that cann't be
overcomed.
