[Bug 1363] New - backgroud-color in fo:table-cell and fo:table-column produce no output

+ Testing out how to create needed pdf files. Downloaded fop
+ xml-fop_20010410162819.tar.gz from your site. Working away. Found that fo:table
+ background-color and fo:block background-color properties and fo:table-row all
+ work. But the fo:table-column and fo:table-cell background-color attributes are
+ inoperable. This extends to the example.fo files that came with the download.

+ does not work and neither does this one:
