    Attachment: gora-4_v1.patch

Attaching a patch which should be applied after the patch at GORA-2. 

The patch does: 
 - adds package and tar targets to ant
 - adds javadoc target to ant. The javadoc is generated from the source code of all of the modules. 
 - adds some more documentation to the project. The documentation is under trunk/docs/. The docs directory is copied to the distribution dir. 
 - The documentation will be release-specific. In deployment we will copy the files from release tar to /docs/<release-version>/
