The unit test {{UTF8StringSuite.writeToOutputStreamUnderflow()}} accesses metadata of an Java byte array objected where {{Platform.BYTE_ARRAY_OFFSET}} reserves.
Is this test valid? Is this test necessary for Spark implementation?
