Updated patch to be in line with the recommendation from [~oflebbe]'s [comment on BIGTOP-2458|https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/BIGTOP-2458?focusedCommentId=15334314&page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel#comment-15334314] (i.e., not render the stanza if the value is not explicitly set).
