Does an html:link could use a title parameter from a resource file??? (struts 1.0.2)

I'm using struts for i18n and I try to get the title parameter from a
resource file. Is it allowed to use a taglib into a taglib like in the
following example (which doesn't works of course)?

<html:link href="#" title="<bean:message key="prompt.toto"/>"/>



If not, is there another solution??
