I've just downloaded Antelope 2.25 and I've easily found the tasks 
inside the Antelope_tasks_2.25.jar file, which is packed into 
Antelope_tasks_2.25.zip:

ise.antelope.tasks.TryTask
ise.antelope.tasks.CatchTask
ise.antelope.tasks.FinallyTask

The sources are inside Antelope_2.25.zip.
