doxygen docs on svn.collab.net
could whoever put the doxygen docs up on svn.collab.net please
regenerate them with a more recent version of doxygen?
if you look at the docs, there appears to be a bunch of output that our
doxygen.conf should ignore (see the 'Detailed Description' in the
generated page for svn_auth.h for example).
when i generate them using doxygen 1.3-rc1 it seems to work fine, so
i'm assuming that we happen to be using features specific to a newer
version of doxygen.
