ruleqa.spamassassin.org's DNS record is missing

DNS servers comcast points me to:

$ host ruleqa.spamassassin.org 75.75.75.75
...
Host ruleqa.spamassassin.org not found: 3(NXDOMAIN)

$ host ruleqa.spamassassin.org 75.75.76.76
...
Host ruleqa.spamassassin.org not found: 3(NXDOMAIN)

http://www.downforeveryoneorjustme.com/ruleqa.spamassassin.org also says
it's down.

The DNS on my server is resolving it fine:

darxus@panic:~$ host ruleqa.spamassassin.org
ruleqa.spamassassin.org is an alias for spamassassin2.zones.apache.org.
spamassassin2.zones.apache.org has address 192.87.106.247

I verified it's not a DNSKEY problem:
http://dnsviz.net/d/ruleqa.spamassassin.org/dnssec/ (also says NXDOMAIN)
(Would've shocked me brutally if spamassassin.org actually had implemented
DNSKEY, but it's a habit worth getting into, look up the nasa.gov DNSSEC
breakage.)

FYI, I'm sure this has to do with the work being done for
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/INFRA-2507

Thanks, opened a jira infrastructure bug after verifying all of the
authoritative DNS servers are returning NXDOMAIN.
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/INFRA-4531
My DNS server must just have it cached.
