CouchDB 2.0 allows multiple queries to be posted to a view in a single request.

The documentation can be ported from the Cloudant API docs at https://github.com/cloudant-labs/slate/blob/master/source/includes/api/_using_views.md#sending-several-queries-to-a-view.
