[Sandesha2] Sandesha2 0.9 release

Hi All,

I just notices that Sandesha2 does not have a jira page (only Sandesha1
has). It seems that this is needed before going for a release. Can we have
one ?
Is there anything else we need. (I'm working on finalizing the code and
documentation).

If everything goes well we can go for the 0.9 release on 5th Monday. We can
make this version compatible with the Axis2 0.93 version which will be
released very soon. :)
