[jira] [Updated] (OFBIZ-619) Ability to disable single OPTION elements in form widget SELECTS

Jacques Le Roux updated OFBIZ-619:
----------------------------------
    Attachment: FormWidget_DisableOption, v1.patch

I was working on this and wanted to update the patch to use the macro form renderer and be up to date with other stuff (visitor pattern, etc.) but I realised this anyway needs JavaScript to be re-enabled. So better to keep this outside of widgets and let users play with it using their own JavaScript

> It's nice to be able to disable an option in a select sometimes, even if browser support isn't pervasive yet.
