How do I disable or limit access to Tomcat's builtin webserver?

Hi!

How do I disable Tomcat's builtin webserver, or at
least restrict access to all but localhost?  I can't
find anything in the FAQs and Guides.

I figured out the servlet path configuration, by the
way....
