Added: java/src/org/apache/axis/utils SOAPMonitor.java
Log:
Java App version of SOAPMonitor. It contains an authentication dialog
and a GUI based monitoring switch to turn on and off. The authentication
is processed by SimpleAuthenticationHandler.
