XML Security currently relies on a class that was removed in version 2.7.X of xalan.
In 1.2.1 org.apache.xml.security.Init references
org.apache.xpath.compiler.FuncLoader. This reference was moved in lastest CVS to
CachedXPathAPIHolder.
