Description: somehow we support catalogs for DbEntities, but not for stored procedures. Both the Modeler and runtime must support and respect catalog setting for a procedure.. Here is an issue that made me notice it: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/36299715/launching-stored-procedure-which-returns-data-via-apache-cayenne-orm-does-not-wo (was: somehow we support catalogs for DbEntities, but not for stored procedures.
