https://github.com/apache/cloudstack/tree/4.17.0.0-RC20220507T2233
Commit: 6a36c59d341fb76fc6f9c90762ba5ca924e8d048
Source release (checksums and signatures are available at the same location):
https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/dev/cloudstack/4.17.0.0/
PGP release keys (signed using 239A653975E13A0EEF5122A1656E1BCC8CB54F84):
https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/release/cloudstack/KEYS
For testing purposes, I have uploaded convenience packages to:
https://download.cloudstack.org/testing/4.17.0.0-RC2/
The system VM template can be downloaded from here if needed:
https://download.cloudstack.org/systemvm/4.17
The vote will be open until 11th May 2022.
For sanity in tallying the vote, can PMC members please be sure to indicate "(binding)" with their vote?

Thanks all,
After testing last week have found out another blocker being fixed by PR: https://github.com/apache/cloudstack/pull/6393, will cut RC3 after it is finished.

Agree with Rohit, it's better to continue testing this week. Found an issue with change disk offering, created issue here: https://github.com/apache/cloudstack/issues/6372

There are a few issues found in RC2 testing, a few of them are to do with systemvmtemplate patching [1] which is a blocker. I suggest we continue testing this week and cut RC3 next week to give users/testers more time to test and report issues as 4.17 is a major release.
I found an issue with UI which appears to be a build issue, in the first RC2 pkgs for testing systemvmtemplate weren't included and in the next re-build the UI elements were not following right css which were fixed with the correct packaging builds (with no changes in the code).

Tested vm/volume lifecycles on ubuntu 20 and vmware 70u3
Tested IPv6 static routing
Tested kubernetes cluster with k8s 1.24.0. (found a bug and fixed it by
https://github.com/apache/cloudstack/pull/6368, but I think it is not a
blocker/critical issue for RC2)
