Removing -incubating from version numbers in trunk

Hi,

I just wanted to inform you that, with STANBOL-747, I am about to
change all version numbers in the POMs of the trunk and remove the
"-incubating" part of the versions. This will not change any
numbering. If you rely in any project on SNAPSHOTs from the trunk, you
should update your dependencies.
