Anyone have a basic Tomcat 4.0/IIS installation working?

If so, could I please get a copy of the following files you have in the conf directory?

server.xml
uriworkermap.properties
workers.properties

And any other files that need to be edited to make this work.

All I want is that when IIS gets requests for a .jsp page, it passes it over to tomcat and returns back the page tomcat builds.
