We should have some protected methods end users can use to control which processor to use

Maybe something like:
{code}
Processor chooseProcessor(int index);
Processor chooseFailoverProcessor(int index, Exception cause);
{code}

Though would need to take a closer look in the failover loadbalancer source code to find the better method singatures. But the idea is to have 2 methods for end users to override and impl custom logic.
