[users@httpd] installtion of Apache2

1.  I would like to know how can I install Apache 2 with mod_auth_mysql.
2.  I install apache 2 with the configuration option --enable-so because I
    need to install it with php 4.3.3 and also with
    --enable-module=rewrite. but it seem like it compile WITHOUT rewrite.
    Do I MUST install the modules with DSO with --enable-rewrite=shared or
    there is any way for installing not as DSO ?
