vcloud support related to networking in stratos

Hi Isuru and Melan,
				Would like to know when stratos deploys cartridges on vcloud does it support following aspects:
	- Can we specify which org/vapp network the spinned instance should be associated
	- Can we specify the number of NIC cards and the corresponding association of individual NICs with networks
	- Can we specify the ip address which should be assigned to instances.
	- Can we specify the block devices which should be associated with the instance

IFAIK, Current implementation does not support above requirements directly
and it works only for 'Direct Internet connection' pool based assignment.
We implemented DHCP based IP assignment and some other vCloud related
networking feature some times back but not committed to master branch due
to an issue (race condition between IP assignment and launching of vCloud
customization script). Please refer the mail thread "ApacheStratosSingleJVM
