Javascript and Desktop pipeline

Hello:

When use desktop pipeline, all javascript defined in say, blue.jsp, can
be recognized and utilized by all portlets. However, I have some
javascript defined in some portlet's view jsp and those apparently
didn't get retrieved with the portlet contents and therefore not usable.
What is the best way to make those javascript work under desktop
pipeline?
