[jira] [Created] (AMQ-3962) Memory leak bacause of
InactivityMonitor thread
Sergey created AMQ-3962:
---------------------------
Summary: Memory leak bacause of InactivityMonitor thread
Key: AMQ-3962
URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/AMQ-3962
Project: ActiveMQ
Issue Type: Bug
Components: JMS client
Affects Versions: 5.6.0, 5.5.0
Environment: Ubuntu 12.04 x64
Tomcat 7.0.28
Oracle JDK 1.6.0_32
Reporter: Sergey
When I re-start my web application which connects to a standalone ActiveMQ broker via Tomcat Manager, I got OutOfMemoryError in PermGenSpace. The profiler shows that after stopping the web application it could not be unloaded from memory because of a memory leak caused by InactivityMonitor thread, see the screenshot for detail.

Sergey, what is "Tomcat Manager". Do you mean the web console that Tomcat offers?
