Steps to reproduce: 

-- Install more than 1 instance of Ranger KMS server
-- Check hadoop.security.key.provider.path and dfs.encryption.key.provider.uri
-- They are set to a value like below. This format is incorrect.
{code}kms://http@host1:port1,host2:port2/kms{code}
-- A format like the below should be used.
 {code}kms://http@host1;host2:port/kms{code}
