Setting the "offline"  switch does not stop the plugin to download source jars from the central repository.

Because of that the start of Eclipse takes very very long time. And since the source jar files do not exist in the repository this is repeated on every start.

Added an option to disable source download. Plugin will use sources that exists in the local repository.
