transform problem pls help!!!

Can some one help me on this:

I have a xerces XML tree, I am using the node of this to do the transform ...
Now the problem I am facing is I get the transform but in the result tree the HTML
tags are not shown, just the DIV in which I have defined the template is shown
......
If someone is ready to help I can attach the code also ...
pls reply soon
