> Most of the console servlets are eagerly started. That is, they are configured with <load-on-startup>1</load-on-startup> parameter. We need to investigate if that's required for anything or not. Otherwise, maybe we can let the servlets to be loaded on demand when accessed. That should speed up server start up a bit and reduce memory used at server start up.
