[PR] feat: simplify site to a README-style homepage [asyncband-site]
tisonkun opened a new pull request, #6:

## Summary
- replace the redirected documentation landing page with a single README-style homepage based on the latest `apache/asyncband` README
- keep the “Welcome to Apache Asyncband” heading and link API documentation directly to docs.rs
- remove the deferred documentation, downloads, and search routes together with their unused dependencies
- retain the ASF incubation notice, project footer, and existing social preview metadata
## Validation
- `pnpm validate`
- verified the static build emits only the root page and expected site assets

Superseded by #7, which uses the required `preview/readme-homepage` source branch so the staging deployment workflow runs for the pull request.
