[jira] [Created] (TAP5-1764) AjaxFormLoop doesn't update when loaded within Zone using encoder

AjaxFormLoop doesn't update when loaded within Zone using encoder
-----------------------------------------------------------------

                 Key: TAP5-1764
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/TAP5-1764
             Project: Tapestry 5
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: tapestry-core
    Affects Versions: 5.3
            Reporter: George Christman

When you nest an AjaxFormLoop within a tapestry Zone with visible set to false while using an encoder, fields are not getting updated on submit. I've found you can create new rows which works perfectly fine. When the zone is triggered to visible true, the toClient within the value encoder appears to be called, however when modifying an existing record, the toValue within the value encoder isn't being run.

please see the mailing list for code sample.
