what's that setting I need to get insanely long headers about what scored what
and with whom and why?

Well, you can't get all of that. The with whom and why part is often
not anywhere in any report.

That said this would do it:

add_header all FullReport _SUMMARY_

but _SUMMARY_ is really only intended for in-body reports, not header
reports. I cannot say conclusively this won't break your headers in some
RFC-illegal way.

Really, the default X-Spam-Status *should* provide you all the
information you need. It should provide you what rules matched and what
scores they had. Really this is all that _SUMMARY_ will tell you, except
summary will include the somewhat generic description of each rule. If
you really need to you can always look up the descr for a specific rule,
but I'll warn you that these don't always tell you very much.
