Build-bots always failing [was: svn trunk r37930: FAIL (win32-xp
VS2005)]
What's up with the Windows and Ubuntu build-bots always failing? (They
seem to have been failing for many weeks at least.)

The Windows buildbot is green again. (See r37970, r37971 for this).

I'd like to add that trunk's `make check-swig-py' segfaults on my ubuntu.
That would be another buildbot failure, right? (I think Hyrum was saying
something in that line, too)
The swig-py tests pass on 1.6.2, but so far trying to run that swig-py
example from the svnbook segfaults as well -- python segfaults, no error
detail is printed. I'd love to try out those bindings, but they seem shaky.

I can't tell whether that indicates a bug in Subversion (bindings
