Hi Infra.

The Velocity TLP would like to migrate its site to Apache CMS.

Here's the resolution vote and its result:
http://goo.gl/WCM10H

We're currently using SvnPubSub on the folder:
https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/velocity/site/production

We would like to switch to Apache CMS using the source folder:
https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/velocity/site/cms

Thanks!
