   If you specify _both_ width and height (either numbers or percentages) for a Spark Panel, then all is OK.
   
   But if not... I cannot even begin to describe the problems in the title bar:

   Without height specified (second panel in the picture), the border is missing (or up against the bottom of the title bar).

   Still haven't had a chance to try ChildResize branch yet.  Sorry for the delay.
   
   Are you saying that the title bar is a child that is failing to trigger a resize when either width or height is not specified for the Panel?  (that is, specified as number or percentage;  in other words, one of them is size-to-content)
