[Bug 60920] New: more domain setting issue

https://bz.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=60920

            Bug ID: 60920
           Summary: more domain setting issue
           Product: Apache httpd-2
           Version: 2.2.31
          Hardware: Other
                OS: Linux
            Status: NEW
          Severity: major
          Priority: P2
         Component: All
          Assignee: bugs@httpd.apache.org
          Reporter: jsoh813@hanmail.net
  Target Milestone: ---

I’m writing to ask about Apache.

We are using more than 100 domains in the httpd-vhosts.conf and httpd-ssl.conf.
But intermittently httpd process cpu rate exceeds 100%, and every time the
process is killed.

- httpd-vhosts.conf : ServerName = 35, ServerAlias = 78

- httpd-ssl.conf : ServerName = 17, ServerAlias = 2

Is there a recommended number of domains in Apache 2.2?

Please inform us this issue as soon as possible.

Hi,

please use the users@ mailing list instead of bugzilla for this kind of
requests.
