Couldn't parse GB2312 doc , filled in by java.io.Reader?
Summary: Couldn't parse GB2312 doc , filled in by java.io.Reader?
Product: Xerces-J
Version: 1.4.4
Platform: PC
OS/Version: Other
Status: NEW
Severity: Major
Priority: Other
Component: Other
AssignedTo: xerces-j-dev@xml.apache.org
ReportedBy: jack.wang@xmlglobal.com
If I use API:
XMLReader parser = new SAXParser();
InputSource inputSource = new InputSource(new FileReader(new File
("input.xml")));
parser.parse(inputSource);
SAXParser will throw exception when input.xml has element which name is a
Chinese character.
But if I use API like:
XMLReader parser = new SAXParser();
InputSource inputSource = new InputSource(new FileInputStream(new File
("input.xml")));
parser.parse(inputSource);
It works.
